Essential machine control components like the controller, drivers, power supply, VFD, switches, and fans are manufactured in India. It is suitable for soft materials like plastics, acrylic, wood, MDF, foam, rubber, and silicone. It also heavily supports advanced composites like carbon fiber and fiber glass, as well as metals and materials including untreated EN steel, aluminium, copper, brass, granite, and PCBs. It features a pioneering composite superstructure made of carbon fiber and fiber glass. This ensures no sagging, hogging, rust, or corrosion. The superstructure comes with a lifetime warranty under normal operating conditions. The machine uses a 2.2 KW/3 HP spindle manufactured by Teknomotor in Italy. It operates at a maximum of 24,000 RPM, uses an ER20 collet, and features a manual tool change (MTC) system. Yes, the machine is certified and rated for 24/7 continuous operations, allowing you to run long operations with confidence. No, the machine is shipped fully built and assembled in a plug & play condition. If it is shipped with a control PC, the PC is also fully configured.
