Delivery timelines, tracking, and Ex-Works terms explained.
We partner with commercial transport and logistics service providers to handle domestic shipping across all states and union territories in India. All products are manufactured in India (Country of Origin: India).
Standard CNC machines are shipped within 15 to 25 working days from receipt of full cleared advance payment. Custom, specialized, or bespoke machine orders are shipped within 45 to 90 working days from advance payment receipt.
All shipments are executed on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis from our facility at Warehouse 3, Site #14/5, Kyalasanahalli, Doddagubbi Main Road, Bengaluru 560077, Karnataka, India. Responsibility for goods passes to the purchaser upon handover to the logistics carrier at our warehouse. Transportation costs, including freight and last-mile delivery charges, are borne by the purchaser.
Address change requests submitted within 72 hours of order placement will be processed free of charge. Address modifications requested after 72 hours or post-dispatch may incur additional charges levied by transport partners.
Consignment tracking numbers are sent via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch. Delivery requires an authorized signature and company stamp/ID. Consignees must inspect outer packaging upon arrival, record any visible transit damage on the carrier's Proof of Delivery (POD) slip, and report damage to support@akriti.tech within 7 calendar days.
