Payment methods include bank wire transfer (USD 35.00 fee for amounts under USD 1,000), credit/debit cards, or other specified methods.
Sales taxes are collected for shipments to India as required by law.
You must provide accurate billing information and update it promptly. We may suspend or cancel orders for payment disputes, per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We use carriers like FedEx, UPS, US Post, and DHL (international). Shipping terms are FOB Origin, with charges added at shipment. Additional surcharges may apply.
Inspect packages upon receipt and report damage within 7 days to initiate carrier claims, retaining all packing materials.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for complying with export/import laws for international shipments.
