Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can request cancellation within 24 hours of payment processing.

Full refund will be issued (excluding payment portal charges).

Submit your cancellation request via email to contact@akriti.tech with your order number and payment confirmation.

No returns permitted after the 24-hour cancellation period.

All sales are final.

This policy applies to all products.

Full product exchanges are not offered on any or all of our products.

Only defective/damaged parts under warranty can be replaced.

In certain cases we may ask for the machine to be sent back to us for a comprehensive service/repair — determined on a case-by-case basis.
