You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of advance payment processing.
A full refund (less payment gateway transaction fees) will be issued within 7 business days.
Submit cancellation requests via email to support@akriti.tech with your order number.
Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window are non-refundable as manufacturing planning and procurement begin immediately.
Custom-built or bespoke machine orders are non-cancellable once payment is received.
The 24-hour cancellation rule applies strictly to change-of-mind cancellations.
Items received with manufacturing defects or transit damage are fully covered under our 7-day reporting window and Limited Warranty Policy for repair or replacement.
Full product exchanges are not offered. Only defective or damaged parts under warranty are replaced. In some cases we may ask for the machine to be sent back for a full service or repair, decided case by case.
