Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of advance payment processing.

A full refund (less payment gateway transaction fees) will be issued within 7 business days.

Submit cancellation requests via email to support@akriti.tech with your order number.

Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window are non-refundable as manufacturing planning and procurement begin immediately.

Custom-built or bespoke machine orders are non-cancellable once payment is received.

The 24-hour cancellation rule applies strictly to change-of-mind cancellations.

Items received with manufacturing defects or transit damage are fully covered under our 7-day reporting window and Limited Warranty Policy for repair or replacement.
