It boasts of <50 Micron Repeat positioning accuracy on X, Y & Z Axis . It is also certified for less than 1MM Z Axis Integrity across the whole bed.

The Controller
Parallel Port Controller with 22 Inch Full HD Monitor
The Parallel Port Controller, proudly manufactured in India, is seamlessly interfaced with the LinuxCNC control software, one of the oldest and most widely used platforms for CNC machines. Known for its robustness, it ensures continuous operation and high precision.
This controller and PC are embedded within the CNC’s electronics cabinet, optimizing space and minimizing clutter. The package includes a 22-inch Full HD Monitor, providing clear visualization of machining processes. For an enhanced user experience, an optional touchscreen monitor can be purchased at an additional cost. LinuxCNC is a versatile software system that drives various CNC machines, including milling machines, lathes, 3D printers, laser cutters, plasma cutters, and even robot arms. It runs under Linux (optionally with real-time extensions) and accepts G-code input, making it a powerful choice for CNC enthusiasts and professionals alike.
We offer additional CNC controller options that can be configured with our CNC machines to enhance their functionality.
The first option is the Arduino Uno R3, which is made in Italy and is compatible with Windows, Linux & Mac operating systems.
This controller is embedded in the electronics box of the CNC and uses a USB cable to connect to your computer of choice and is part of the package.
Alternatively we can provide a non-toucIf needed we can also build a PC, at cost, for you to use with the machine with or without a monitor.
The second option is the Ethernet Controller, manufactured in Hungary. This controller does not include a PC and is designed to work with any Windows computer (not included).
It provides seamless connectivity and compatibility with a wide range of Windows systems. You can use their own UCCNC Control software or Mach 3/4.

WHB04B – Wireless Handwheel / Jogwheel Controller / Manual Pulse Generator (MPG)
A widely used Handheld Jogwheel / MPG (Manual Pulse Generator) for use with LinuxCNC configured machines. Available at an additional cost.
Will ship fully configured for use with the control system and comes with 4 rechargeable duracell batteries and charger. It also features embedded magnets for easy estiction on compatible surfaces.
A nice working range of 40 meters from the USB dongle allows you to be where you want to be around the machine to move it as desired.

Our products are made from Carbon Fibre & Fibre Glass, Composite Sandwich Structure – Ranging from 5 MM to 25 MM as needed. It provides the following benefits as compared to standard Steel or Aluminium framed CNC’s
- Metal Fatigue – Doesnt suffer form sagging, hoggingor metal fatigue over time.
- Vibration Dampening Properties – Composites have a high loss co-efficient and the structure is able to reduce / absorb vibrations leading to reduced chatter when milling / cutting materials
- Light & Strong – Composites are less dense than steel and are yet comparable to them in Strength & Stiffness
