Order Cancellation:

Once a payment has been successfully processed or advance paid against an invoice, you can within 24 hours of processing of payment (as visible to Akriti Precision Systems Private Limited) request a cancellation of the order (Product & Warranty) and a full refund will be issued, except for any charges levied by the payment portal.

To request for cancellation of the order, we should receive an online or email request, exactly within 24 hours of payment being processed. You can login to your account on https://akriti.tech to request or send an email to social@akriti.tech with the order number, order email & payment confirmation email.


Returns & Refunds: 

There are no returns permitted and no requests will be entertained. All sales are final after the 24 hour cancellation period has passed. This is applicable for all products.



Full product exchanges are not offered. Only defective or damaged parts can be conditionally exchanged if they are in manufacturers or extended warranty. Read our product & extended warranty policy here.
