Common questions about the PCBProto 4030 DUO & PCBProto Series
The PCBProto series is specialized for PCB prototyping:
4030: 400 × 300 mm – Compact PCB prototyping model
5040: 500 × 400 mm – Larger working area for bigger PCBs
DUO models: Spindle + 10W Diode Laser (2-in-1 for cutting & etching)
Drill Speed: 30-40 holes/min (stepper), up to 80-100 holes/min with servo upgrade
All models support Excellon/Gerber to GCODE conversion with FlatCAM and run on Arduino controller via USB.
Specialized for PCB prototyping (all types: High power, Analog, Digital) with minimum track width of 0.100 mm. Also supports ABS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Carbon Fiber, Fiber Glass, Wood, MDF, Epoxy, Graphite and other soft materials.
Certified Repeat Positioning Accuracy: < 50 microns Tested Repeat Positioning Accuracy: 15–25 microns (0.015 – 0.025 mm)
All measurements are done with Mitutoyo calibrated instruments.
Single Phase input – 220V or 110V
Only 16 Amp plug point is required. No 3-phase power needed.
