4030 40K: 400 × 300 mm – 40,000 RPM spindle (Made in India)

5040 40K: 500 × 400 mm – 40,000 RPM spindle
5040 60K: 500 × 400 mm – 60,000 RPM spindle
All models feature water-cooled spindles with chiller, contactless tool height sensor, and 5 m/min travel speed.
Specialized for PCB (all types) – High power, Analog & Digital PCB with minimum track width of 0.100 mm. Also supports single/dual layer PCBs.
Certified Repeat Positioning Accuracy: < 50 microns Tested Repeat Positioning Accuracy: 15–25 microns (0.015 – 0.025 mm)
All measurements are done with Mitutoyo calibrated instruments.

Yes! The machine ships fully assembled with water chiller. Connect via USB to any Windows 10/11 laptop. FlatCAM (Gerber/Excellon to GCODE) and GSender/UGS software links are provided. No installation required.
