The OrthoCut 4030 is a specialized CNC machine for Custom Insole Manufacturing (Podiatry / Orthopedic Insoles). It is designed to produce high-precision custom insoles from 3D scanned foot data in EVA, Rubber, Silicone, ABS and other soft materials.

It fully supports 3D scanned files including STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ and other commonly used 3D file formats from foot scanning systems. It also works with standard GCODE from SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Catia, etc.

Estimated Machining Time: 12–15 minutes per pair of insoles. This makes it ideal for high-volume custom insole production.

Handheld Type Controller with USB Input – Made in India. It is simple to operate and does not require a full computer for basic operation (though a PC can be used for advanced CAM work).
