Meteor 4030 DUO 3 Axis - Fixed Gantry System

The Meteor series offers different sizes and configurations:

• 4030: 400 × 300 mm – Compact hobbyist model
• 5040: 500 × 400 mm – Slightly larger working area
• DUO models: Spindle + 10W Diode Laser (2-in-1)
• HD models: Higher power 2.2 kW spindle + LinuxCNC controller

All models feature Arduino or LinuxCNC control, carbon fiber superstructure, and are designed for DIY, hobby, and prototyping use.

The Meteor series is ideal for soft materials: ABS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Wood, MDF, PCB, Epoxy, Graphite, Carbon Fiber, Fiber Glass, Composites and other soft metals & plastics. It is perfect for prototyping, PCB manufacturing, and hobby projects.

Certified Repeat Positioning Accuracy: < 50 microns
Tested Repeat Positioning Accuracy: 15–25 microns (0.015 – 0.025 mm)
All measurements are done with Mitutoyo calibrated instruments.

Single Phase input – 220V or 110V
Only 16 Amp plug point is required. No 3-phase power needed.

Yes! The machine ships fully assembled. The Arduino version connects via USB to any Windows 10/11 laptop (GSender or UGS software provided). No installation required. LinuxCNC models come with pre-installed PC.
