The CarbonCut 9060 uses Hiwin/THK 20 MM rolled ball screws on all axes, paired with 25 MM linear guides and HA/CA guide blocks. Drive motors are Tamagawa NEMA 34 stepper motors made in Japan, delivering high precision and reliability.

The CarbonCut 9060 achieves a certified repeat positioning accuracy of less than 50 microns. In actual testing with Mitutoyo calibrated instruments, it consistently performs between 15–25 microns (0.015 to 0.025 MM).

The CarbonCut 9060 features an embedded waterbath on its base plate, allowing materials to be submerged underwater before machining. This effectively traps harmful carbon fiber and fiberglass dust, preventing it from becoming airborne. The rust- and corrosion-resistant composite superstructure ensures the waterbath can be maintained for months without damage.

The CarbonCut 9060 includes a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering all parts. The composite superstructure has a Lifetime Warranty against sagging, hogging, rust, and corrosion. Extended warranty and maintenance contracts are available for up to 10 additional years in increments of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years.

Yes. The CarbonCut 9060 can be upgraded with a diode laser module (compatible with the Arduino controller option) to create a 2-in-1 laser and spindle machine.
